Cancellation Policy

Bread Breakers Empire Service Agreement By booking or purchasing a service from Bread Breakers Empire, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Payment: The checkout price applies to the selected service. Each service description states whether payment is a deposit or full payment. Additional work must be approved separately. Work begins after required payment and materials are received. Customer Materials: The customer must provide complete, accurate, usable files, instructions, and references. Missing or replacement materials may delay the project or create additional charges. Ownership and Permission: Customers retain ownership of their original content and confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted materials. Bread Breakers Empire may access, edit, process, and deliver them only to perform the purchased service. Results: Final quality depends partly on source-material quality. We do not guarantee streams, sales, placements, followers, views, revenue, or other commercial outcomes. Turnaround: Estimates begin after payment, files, and instructions are received. They are not guaranteed deadlines unless confirmed in writing. Missing files, requested changes, technical issues, emergencies, or events outside our control may extend completion time. Revisions and Scope: Included revisions, if any, are stated in the service description or written agreement. New creative direction, replacement files, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee. Cancellations and Refunds: Custom-service payments are non-refundable once work begins. Before work begins, requests are reviewed individually; processing fees and completed preparation may be deducted. Service-specific terms shown at checkout also apply. Appointments: Booking times may represent a consultation, session, project start, or reserved production period. Contact us to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may require rescheduling and an additional fee. Delivery and Storage: Final files are delivered by the method stated for the service or agreed in writing. Customers should download and back up files promptly; long-term storage is not guaranteed. Communication and Approval: Customers must provide accurate contact information and respond to questions or approvals. Final delivery or approval completes the service unless additional revisions are included or purchased. By completing the booking the customer accepts the agreement.
